Texan Original Crunchy Pecan Quiche

Make Crust:
  1. Make Crust:
    Combine chips, pecan and butter and press into greased 8-inch or 9-inch spring form pan.
  2. Bake 15 minutes at 400º until lightly browned.
Mix & Set Aside:
  1. Mix bell pepper, chilis, tomatoes, green onion, salt, cumin and cilantro. Set aside.
  1. Beat eggs one at a time with half & half, sour cream, cream cheese, mexican cheese.
Assemble & Bake:
  1. Spread green chili mixture over crust.
    Pour in beaten egg mixture.
    Place pan on cookie sheet and bake at 350º until filling is set. (30-45 minutes)
  2. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Add 8 whole pecan to garnish.
    Return to over for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
    Remove from oven, cool slightly, then remove rim from spring form pan.
  3. Serve at room temperature with Texan Original Hot Sauce and plenty of Texan Original Chips.
