Crunchy Taco Bowls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Brown and drain ground beef.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, completing directions on packet.
  4. Start by lining the muffin tin with a layer of wonton wrappers.
  5. Next, layer shredded lettuce in each muffin tin.
  6. Follow with a spoonful of the beef mixture in each tin.
  7. Add diced tomatoes to your liking.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately with toppings of choice. Sour cream, avocado, and cilantro are perfect toppings!
