Chili con Queso Bread Bowl

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Ricos Gourmet Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ricos Jalapeños, chopped, with ¼ cup juice
  • 4 oz of Ricos Original Nacho Chips
  • 6 oz your favorite chili recipe
  • 2 oz H-E-B Pico De Gallo (desired spice level)
  • 1 round uncut loaf of bread

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 °F
  • Cut the top (lid) off of the loaf and pull out insides of the bread, being careful not to tear holes in the loaf
  • Coat the bread lid and inside of the loaf (bowl) with oil, salt, and pepper
  • Bake for 6–7 minutes or until the bread starts to toast
  • Add cheese, chorizo, jalapeños, and juice to a pot to warm up
  • Pour into bread bowl, top with pico
  • Enjoy!
  • For maximum enjoyment, try with the extra bread pieces and Ricos Original Nacho chips!
